The brother of Ryan Giggs wasted no time in expressing his dissatisfaction after the Manchester United icon was freshly snubbed for a Premier League Corridor of Fame nomination.

The checklist comprises seven former United stars, all of whom lined up with Giggs throughout their enjoying days.

These ex-United gamers embody Patrice Evra, Teddy Sheringham, Gary Neville, Michael Carrick, Nemanja Vidic, Edwin van der Sar and Michael Owen.

The absence of Giggs’ identify was once more conspicuous, regardless of his standing because the league’s most embellished participant and third-highest look maker.

He boasts 13 Premier League titles and stays the competitors’s all-time help chief with 162.

Giggs’ brother, Rhodri, reacted angrily to the snub and voiced his frustration on social media.

He captioned the video with the message, “13 premier league league medals and numerous targets and the file variety of premier league assists. #TheShamHallOfFame.”

Giggs’ repeated omissions have fueled hypothesis that they’re tied to the scandals which have dogged him and broken his status through the years.

Apparently, the United legend and his brother have endured a strained relationship ever since Giggs’ affair with Rhodri’s spouse was uncovered. In 2020, the previous Wales worldwide was arrested on suspicion of assault, costs he constantly denied. He was finally cleared in 2023 after his ex-girlfriend, Kate Greville, withdrew from a retrial.

Giggs has not been in a position to make a return to soccer since he vacated his position as boss of the Wales nationwide workforce.

At current, he operates extra quietly behind the scenes in his position as director of soccer at Salford Metropolis.
